We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and safe storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency
- Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity
- Manage and resolve any warehouse-related issues or discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations and performance metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
