We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse operations and management, as well as experience in program management within the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse operations strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse supervisors and staff to ensure operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track and report on warehouse performance
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for warehouse services and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for warehouse operations
- Participate in budget planning and forecasting for warehouse operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in warehouse operations and management
- Experience in program management and project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
