Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Program Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations within our agricultural business in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products, and implementing best practices to optimize warehouse processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse operations strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage capacity
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
