We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Warehouse Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of warehouse operations within our educational institution. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse operations strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate logistics and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in warehouse operations management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
