We are seeking a talented and experienced Warehouse Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse operations management within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse operations strategies to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Manage and mentor warehouse operations staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Implement technology solutions to streamline warehouse operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations management
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office suite
