We are seeking a Waste Management Engineer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing waste within the agricultural sector, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and implementing sustainable waste management practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement waste management plans for agricultural operations in Sharjah
- Conduct waste audits to identify opportunities for waste reduction and recycling
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement waste management initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of waste management programs
- Provide training and support to staff on proper waste handling and disposal practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in waste management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in waste management, preferably in the agricultural sector
- Knowledge of waste management regulations and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
