We are seeking a Waste Management Engineer to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah. As a Waste Management Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing waste management strategies to ensure the efficient and environmentally-friendly disposal of waste generated by our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct waste audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in waste management practices
- Develop and implement waste management plans for our properties in compliance with local regulations and environmental standards
- Collaborate with property managers, maintenance teams, and waste disposal vendors to ensure proper waste segregation and disposal
- Monitor waste generation and disposal metrics to track progress towards waste reduction goals
- Provide training and guidance to staff on proper waste management practices
- Research and recommend innovative waste management technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability
- Coordinate with government agencies and waste management authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and permits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in waste management, preferably in the real estate industry
- Knowledge of local waste management regulations and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
