We are seeking a Web Analytics Specialist to join our team in the agriculture industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web analytics, data analysis, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from website traffic and online campaigns
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize website performance and user experience
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management
- Conduct A/B testing and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create data-driven strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
- [X] years of experience in web analytics or digital marketing
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
