We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Analytics Specialist to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing website data and providing insights to improve online performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve website performance and user engagement
- Create reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to optimize website content and functionality
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in web analytics
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve website performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in web analytics or a similar role
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations is a plus
