Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team in the agricultural sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding processes and techniques, with a focus on producing high-quality welds in various agricultural equipment and structures. The successful applicant will contribute to our mission of enhancing agricultural productivity through innovative machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform various types of welding, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, to fabricate and repair agricultural machinery and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements and project specifications.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all welds meet industry standards and adhere to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to assess project needs and provide input on design solutions.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and comply with safety standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions and recommend corrective actions.
- Work with a team to install and assemble agricultural structures, such as storage facilities and irrigation systems, using welded components.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment and reduce the risk of accidents.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 8 years of welding experience, preferably in the agricultural sector or related industries.
- Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
- Familiarity with welding equipment, tools, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and operate welding equipment safely.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in welding from a recognized institution.
- Experience working with agricultural machinery or in a related field.
- Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and techniques.
