Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wind Turbine Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, focusing on innovative solutions within the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design wind turbine systems that meet the specific energy needs of healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

- Technical Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate the potential integration of wind energy solutions within existing healthcare infrastructure.

- Project Management: Lead and manage wind turbine installation projects, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to while maintaining quality standards.

- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of installed wind turbine systems, utilizing data analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.

- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with local and international regulations surrounding renewable energy and ensure that all projects comply with relevant codes and standards.

- Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, architects, and facility managers to understand energy requirements and provide tailored wind energy solutions.

- Research and Development: Engage in continuous research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in wind energy technology and its applications in the healthcare sector.

- Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to healthcare facility staff on the operation and maintenance of wind turbine systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in wind turbine engineering or related fields, preferably with a focus on renewable energy solutions in the healthcare sector.
- Proficient in CAD software and simulation tools used for wind turbine design and analysis.
- Strong understanding of energy management systems and renewable energy integration in healthcare environments.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape for renewable energy in the UAE is an advantage.
