Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Workforce Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The Workforce Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of workforce planning, scheduling, and forecasting to ensure optimal staffing levels and productivity in our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet business needs and objectives
- Analyze historical data and trends to forecast future staffing requirements
- Manage scheduling and shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor and adjust staffing levels based on real-time data and performance metrics
- Implement and maintain workforce management systems and tools
- Collaborate with department managers to align workforce planning with business goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Identify and address any issues or challenges related to workforce management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workforce management or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in workforce management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE
