Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workforce Manager to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah. The Workforce Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing our workforce management processes within the manufacturing sector. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in workforce planning, scheduling, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workforce Planning:
- Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to meet production demands.
- Analyze current workforce capabilities and forecast future staffing needs based on production schedules and business growth.

2. Scheduling and Resource Allocation:
- Create and manage efficient employee schedules to ensure optimal production levels while considering labor laws and regulations.
- Monitor and adjust resources as necessary to accommodate changes in production volume and employee availability.

3. Performance Management:
- Collaborate with department heads to establish performance metrics and evaluate employee productivity.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and capabilities.

4. Employee Engagement and Communication:
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious workplace.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize workforce management software and data analytics to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on workforce performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

6. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the health and safety team to promote a culture of safety within the workforce.

7. Budget Management:
- Assist in the development and management of the workforce budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor workforce-related expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, and labor regulations.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in workforce management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
