We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Development Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. As a Youth Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs and initiatives that support the development and well-being of young people in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement youth development programs and initiatives that promote personal growth, leadership skills, and positive decision-making among young people.
- Collaborate with community partners, schools, and other stakeholders to coordinate and deliver youth development activities and events.
- Provide mentorship and support to young people, helping them set and achieve personal and academic goals.
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to measure the impact and effectiveness of youth development programs.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in youth development and incorporate new ideas and strategies into program design.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities, participant outcomes, and budget expenditures.
- Assist in securing funding and resources to support youth development programs and initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in youth development, community organizing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of young people and community members.
- Knowledge of best practices in youth development and program evaluation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
