We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Programs Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youth and a strong background in program development and management within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement youth programs focused on financial literacy, career development, and entrepreneurship
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging and educational workshops, seminars, and events for youth
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the youth programs, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting
- Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and government agencies to promote youth programs and increase participation
- Stay current on trends and best practices in youth development and financial education

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
