We are seeking a skilled Zoning Inspector to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and zoning regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with zoning regulations and codes
- Review site plans and building permits to ensure compliance with zoning laws
- Investigate complaints of zoning violations and take appropriate action
- Maintain detailed records of inspections and violations
- Communicate with property owners and developers to address zoning issues
- Provide guidance and assistance to individuals seeking zoning information
- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to enforce zoning regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- [X] years of experience as a Zoning Inspector or similar role
- Knowledge of Dubai zoning regulations and codes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
