We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Zoning Inspector to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The Zoning Inspector will be responsible for ensuring compliance with zoning laws and regulations related to transportation and logistics activities in the city.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections of transportation and logistics facilities to ensure compliance with zoning regulations
- Review zoning permits and applications for transportation and logistics projects
- Investigate complaints related to zoning violations in the transportation and logistics sector
- Collaborate with city planners and other stakeholders to develop and implement zoning regulations for transportation and logistics activities
- Provide guidance and recommendations to transportation and logistics companies on zoning requirements
- Prepare reports and documentation related to zoning inspections and enforcement actions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field

- Knowledge of zoning laws and regulations related to transportation and logistics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
