Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing and managing all accounts payable transactions for our pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Monitor and maintain vendor accounts
- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Assist with audit preparation
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- [Random number] years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
