We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable processes in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all payments
- Assist with month-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve any payment-related issues
- Assist with audits and compliance requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- [X] years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is a plus
