We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to join our telecommunications team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records and enter data into the computer system
- Assist in the preparation of presentations
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative clerk or other administrative role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role required
