We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting and possess strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain and update filing systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrative clerk or office assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and practices is a plus
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
