We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have experience in the consumer goods industry and possess strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth functioning of office
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Handle budgeting and expense tracking for administrative functions
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new administrative staff
- Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management
- Experience in the consumer goods industry preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
