We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the construction office
- Coordinate office operations and procedures
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Assist with project coordination and scheduling
- Handle correspondence and communications with clients and vendors
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
