We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Traffic Controller to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Air Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft in the Dubai airspace and at the Dubai International Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control air traffic within assigned airspace using radar, radio communication, and other tracking systems
- Provide guidance and instructions to pilots to ensure safe takeoff, landing, and flight paths
- Coordinate with other air traffic controllers, pilots, and ground staff to maintain safe and efficient operations
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust flight paths as necessary
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance to aircraft in distress
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all air traffic activities
- Stay up-to-date on all regulations and procedures related to air traffic control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Air Traffic Control, or a related field
- Air Traffic Control certification or license
- [X] years of experience as an Air Traffic Controller
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills
