We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Airline Assistant in Dubai. This role will involve supporting the day-to-day operations of our airline department within the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with booking and coordinating flights for passengers and cargo
- Providing administrative support to the airline department
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting
- Monitoring industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in the airline industry or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and airline reservation systems
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
