Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with inquiries about airline services, flight schedules, and ticketing options.
- Sales and Promotions: Actively promote airline products and services, including ticket sales, upgrades, and ancillary services, ensuring that customers are aware of the latest offers and benefits.
- Ticketing and Reservations: Process ticketing and reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy in data entry and adherence to airline policies and procedures.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, working towards effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with airline staff, ground services, and other retail personnel to ensure a smooth flow of operations and information.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels for retail merchandise, ensuring that displays are well-stocked and organized.
- Reporting: Maintain sales records and prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and sales performance to support management in decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all airline operational procedures, safety regulations, and customer service standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or retail, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
