We are seeking an experienced Airline Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of airline operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize airline operations
- Coordinate with various departments, including maintenance, flight operations, and ground operations, to ensure smooth operation of flights
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and safety standards
- Manage a team of operations staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and finance, to ensure seamless coordination of operations
- Handle any operational issues or emergencies that may arise, and implement contingency plans as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in airline operations management
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and airline operations software
