We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airline Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of airline operations within the agriculture sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient airline operations
- Manage a team of airline staff, including pilots, flight attendants, ground crew, and maintenance personnel
- Monitor and manage flight schedules to ensure on-time departures and arrivals
- Oversee aircraft maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with airport authorities, air traffic control, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during flights
- Monitor and manage budget and expenses related to airline operations
- Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field
