We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of operations at our airport facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the airport, as well as managing a team of airport staff to deliver exceptional service to passengers and airlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure effective and safe airport operations
- Manage airport staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Coordinate with airlines, ground handling services, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and manage airport facilities, equipment, and resources to ensure they are in good working order
- Oversee compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Handle any operational issues or emergencies that may arise
- Develop and implement strategies to improve airport operations and customer service

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in airport operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant aviation regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively
