We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of airport operations within our real estate business in Dubai. The Airport Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all airport facilities, including terminals, runways, and other infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all airport operations, including airside and landside activities.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage airport budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of airport facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate with airlines, ground handling companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle emergencies and incidents according to established protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of safety and security.
- Manage a team of operations staff, providing leadership and guidance as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in airport operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
