Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Airport Operations Specialist to join our team in Sharjah. The Airport Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the airport, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with air traffic control, ground crews, and other airport personnel to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and manage airport facilities, equipment, and infrastructure
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols
- Respond to emergencies and incidents as needed
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of airport policies and procedures
- Provide support to airport staff and assist with training and development programs
- Prepare reports and documentation as required
