We are seeking an experienced Airport Operations Specialist to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in airport operations within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of airport operations including terminal operations, airside operations, ground handling, and security
- Coordinate with airlines, ground handling companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Handle any operational issues or emergencies that may arise in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with other departments such as property management, leasing, and marketing to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in airport operations within the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of airport operations and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
