We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Alumni Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the alumni operations program within our manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and maintain relationships with alumni of the organization
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and networking opportunities for alumni to stay connected with the organization
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for alumni to contribute to the organization through mentorship, guest lectures, and other initiatives
- Manage communication with alumni through various channels, including email newsletters, social media, and alumni portals
- Track and analyze data related to alumni engagement and program effectiveness
- Provide support and resources to alumni looking to further their professional development and career growth
- Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to leverage alumni networks for recruitment and talent retention purposes

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in alumni relations, program management, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of best practices in alumni engagement and program development
