We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Alumni Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in alumni relations, program management, and operations within the energy industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement alumni engagement strategies to foster strong relationships with former employees and enhance their connection to the organization
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and networking opportunities for alumni to stay connected and engaged with the company
- Manage the alumni database and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained
- Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for alumni involvement in recruitment, mentoring, and professional development programs
- Monitor and track alumni engagement metrics to measure the success of the program and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on alumni engagement activities and outcomes
- Serve as the main point of contact for alumni inquiries and requests, and provide support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in alumni relations, program management, or operations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the energy industry and its key players is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
