We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Alumni Relations Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in alumni relations and be passionate about fostering relationships within the aerospace and defense industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni and strengthen relationships within the aerospace and defense community
- Plan and execute alumni events, networking opportunities, and professional development programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote alumni engagement and support fundraising initiatives
- Maintain accurate alumni databases and communication channels
- Create and distribute newsletters, surveys, and other communications to keep alumni informed and engaged
- Provide support and resources to alumni seeking career development opportunities within the industry
- Track and analyze alumni engagement metrics to measure the success of programs and initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- [X] years of experience in alumni relations, event planning, or community engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
- Knowledge of the aerospace and defense industry is preferred
