We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Alumni Relations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building and maintaining relationships with alumni, as well as a strong background in retail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and connect with alumni, both locally and internationally
- Plan and execute events and activities to foster a sense of community among alumni
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote alumni involvement in retail initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of alumni contact information and engagement activities
- Provide support and resources to alumni seeking career development opportunities in the retail industry
- Monitor and report on the success of alumni relations initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- [X] years of experience in alumni relations or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the retail industry in Dubai
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
