We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analytics Assistant to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. The Analytics Assistant will work closely with the Analytics Manager to support data analysis and reporting activities that drive strategic decision-making and operational improvements within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting healthcare data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and measure the effectiveness of healthcare programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support for projects and initiatives.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and data validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
- Assist in presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
