We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our pharmaceuticals team as an Analytics Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be able to provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
- Assist in creating forecasts and models to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide analytical support
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data analytics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- [X] years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
