We are seeking an experienced Application Development Manager to join our healthcare organization in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare services.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining healthcare applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment

Requirements:
