We are seeking an experienced and talented Application Development Manager to join our team in Ajman. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software applications specifically tailored to meet the needs of our energy industry clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of custom software applications for our energy industry clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and create project plans.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in application development to provide innovative solutions to our clients.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews, performance evaluations, and provide feedback to team members to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience working in the energy industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
