We are seeking an experienced Application Engineering Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in healthcare technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application engineering, project management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of application engineers responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining healthcare technology solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and development to testing and deployment
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement solutions to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing innovative solutions
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies, continuously improving processes and workflows

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience in application engineering, project management, or related field
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong technical skills in healthcare technology, including EMR systems, medical imaging, and healthcare information systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
- Project management certification (PMP) is a plus
