We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Application Support Analyst in the transportation and logistics industry, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for various applications used within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second level support for all applications used in transportation and logistics operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end users
- Monitor application performance and ensure system availability
- Collaborate with development teams to implement software updates and enhancements
- Document and maintain support procedures and user guides
- Conduct user training sessions on application usage
- Participate in testing and deployment of new applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in application support or a related role
- Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of SQL and database management is a plus
