We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Support Analyst to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Application Support Analyst in the healthcare industry, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance for various healthcare applications used within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to end users for healthcare applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Assist in the implementation and testing of new healthcare applications and software updates
- Develop and maintain documentation for application support processes and procedures
- Conduct user training and support sessions to ensure effective utilization of healthcare applications
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support or a similar role within the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of healthcare applications and systems, such as Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Practice Management Systems
- Experience with SQL databases and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
