We are seeking an Application Support Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience providing technical support for various applications within the energy industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support for applications used by internal and external stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with the IT team to escalate complex issues and coordinate resolutions
- Conduct user training and provide documentation as needed
- Assist with application testing and implementation of updates
- Monitor application performance and provide recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
