We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Engineer to join our Real Estate team in Al Ain. The Architectural Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of our real estate projects, ensuring that they meet quality standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and construction teams to develop architectural designs for real estate projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections to assess potential project locations
- Develop detailed construction plans, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure that construction projects adhere to local building codes and regulations
- Manage and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety of construction projects
- Resolve any design or construction issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in architectural engineering

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or related field
- [X] years of experience in architectural design and construction
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in the UAE
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
