Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Engineer with a focus on Information Technology to join our dynamic team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design, engineering principles, and IT systems integration. This position requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions for architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Design and Development:
- Develop and design architectural plans and blueprints for IT-focused projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional and aesthetic architectural designs.

2. Technical Integration:
- Work closely with IT professionals to incorporate technology solutions into architectural designs, enhancing functionality and user experience.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies that can be integrated into building designs, such as smart building systems, security, and network infrastructures.

3. Project Management:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.

4. Sustainability and Compliance:
- Implement sustainable design practices and identify opportunities for energy efficiency and environmental impact reduction.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including technical reports, specifications, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or changes that arise during construction.

6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive design solutions.
- Present design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing their feedback and concerns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architectural engineering, preferably with a focus on information technology projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and IT design tools.
- Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods, with a focus on integrating IT solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building certifications is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.
- Experience in project management and familiarity with project management software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
