We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Restorer to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. As an Art Restorer, you will be responsible for restoring and preserving valuable artwork and artifacts within our properties to ensure they are maintained in pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and assess the condition of artwork and artifacts within our properties
- Develop and implement restoration plans to repair any damage or deterioration
- Use a variety of techniques and materials to restore artwork, including cleaning, repairing, and repainting
- Ensure that restoration work is carried out with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate records of all restoration work performed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that artwork is displayed appropriately within our properties
- Stay up-to-date on the latest restoration techniques and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art Conservation, Fine Arts, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in art restoration
- Strong knowledge of art history and conservation principles
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for handling artwork
