Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and compassionate Art Therapist to join our team in Dubai. As an Art Therapist in the manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for using art therapy techniques to help employees cope with stress, improve their mental well-being, and enhance their overall productivity in the workplace.

Key responsibilities:
- Conducting individual and group art therapy sessions for employees
- Assessing the emotional and psychological needs of employees through art therapy
- Developing personalized treatment plans and goals for each employee
- Providing a safe and supportive environment for employees to express themselves through art
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for employees
- Keeping detailed records of therapy sessions and progress made by employees
- Staying up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of art therapy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Art Therapy or a related field
- Certification or licensure as an Art Therapist
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in art therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of mental health conditions and treatment strategies
- Experience working in a corporate or manufacturing setting is preferred
