We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Assistant Bar Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Bar Manager in overseeing all aspects of the bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Bar Manager in recruiting, training, and supervising bar staff
- Ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional activities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of beverage trends and industry best practices
- Familiarity with inventory management and financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
