We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of beverage operations, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and scheduling staff
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Train and mentor bar staff to provide high-quality service and uphold brand standards
- Develop and implement promotions and events to drive revenue and attract new customers
- Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to make strategic business decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a bar or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of beverage operations, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
